Resignation can be an easy and simple process, IF you are prepared.  With that in mind, please review the following:

STEP 1:  

First you will access your homelink account.  Homelink instructions will be mailed to you home on August 1, 2107.  From Homelink:   Print your child’s EMERGENCY CARD (sign and date)and bring to your Walk-Thru Registration, Aug 14th /Aug 15th.  Not having the printed Emergency Card updated and printed prior to Walk-Thru, will DELAY your registration experience.  NOTE:  If you are unable to print, or do not have access to a computer, or are unable to do the Data Verification prior to Walk-Thru, Sequoia Middle School will have access for you during Walkthrough registration. Proceed directly to Room B4  to complete Online Registration via the Homelink portal. You can also sign up for Parent Patrol at that time.

STEP 2:

If you have a 6th grader, there will be a MANDATORY RESIDENCY VERIFICATION at walk through registration.  Click Residency Check letter for documents REQUIRED at walkthrough Registration.

Step 3:

Now that you have verified your Residency (6th grade families only), proceed directly to the Gym to turn in your updated Emergency Card and signed Parent Support Agreement.  You will also turn in your PFC Volunteer Form , make donations, pick up your child’s class schedule, and lastly, pickup your child’s books.

Celebrate Sequoia Auction is Saturday, November 4th 2017.

It takes a village and your help is needed!  We have our auction letter and donation form available!  You can email the letter and form to prospective donors or print it out and have it on hand the next time you go to your hair dresser, manicurist, favorite restaurant, etc.
