The PFC needs your help and generosity! We rely on donations from the SMS community to fund everything from our school councilors and teacher supplies, to Homework Club and the Renaissance program for academic achievement. Please consider making a contribution to the success of our school and students.

We accept cash and checks made out to “SMS PFC” returned to the office C/O the SMS PFC Treasurer.
If you prefer to make a monthly donation, please fill out the SMS PFC Monthly Evergreen Donation form attached below and either email it to sms.treasurer.pfc@gmail.com or return it to the office C/O the SMS PFC Treasurer.
Many companies match their employees’ contributions to non-profit organizations. This doubles your donation, so you can feel twice as good about supporting the SMS PFC!
If you need a donation receipt, please download and fill out the SMS PFC Donation Receipt form attached below. These can be used for company matching and tax-deductible purposes.
