SMS Families! We are so pleased to share that our middle school volleyball league is back for its second year! Registration is now open, practices kick off the week of January 12th and the season will run through the week of February 23rd. New this year – your student can register for the BEGINNER league (6th/7th) or the ADVANCED (7th/8th) league.
Teams will practice once per week (after school, on campus) and there will be weekly games on Fridays at PHMS. The focus will be on teaching volleyball fundamentals, elevating players’ physical abilities and helping kids work together as a team. Questions or Scholarship Requests? We are holding a Dine and Donate Fundraiser with Mountain Mike’s Pizza on October 31st – November 2nd (Halloween weekend)! Our 1st General Meeting is on Wednesday, September 17th at 6:30 p.m. in the Library! We will have a special guest speaker from the Pleasant Hill Police Department. We hope to see you there!
Join us on Monday, September 8th at Jack’s Restaurant and Bar in Pleasant Hill for lunch or dinner (dine in or take out) and 15% will be donated back to the school. Don’t forget to mention Sequoia Middle School or show them the flyer!
